Piecework offers the following shipping options at checkout. Please note expedited shipping options are not inclusive of processing times.
Within the continental United States:
Orders over $50: Free ground shipping
Orders under $50: Ground shipping for a $7 flat rate
Expedited orders: Two-day shipping for a $15 flat rate
Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories: Ground shipping only for a $15 flat rate
Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. If you require your order sooner, please reach out to email@example.com and we’ll do our best to get your puzzles on the way.
Piecework ships to all 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and most military addresses (via the U.S. Postal Service). Piecework does not offer international shipping at this time.
Piecework currently ships to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Cost of shipping to international destinations is based on weight and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
For all international shipments, all customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. Please contact your local customs authority for further information on these fees. If you have any questions about transit times or further details regarding an international order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to provide you with additional information before you place your order. For international orders greater than $100, additional shipping fees may apply, which will be communicated to you before your order is fulfilled.
For domestic orders, Piecework accepts returns of unopened products purchased from pieceworkpuzzles.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging — inclusive of any exterior shrink wrap in its original condition — and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. Piecework does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.
To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number to include with your returned product, please contact email@example.com and provide the email address used to place your order and your order number. We will provide a RA# (return authorization number) to be written on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns received without a corresponding RA# may be subject to delayed or unprocessed returns.

Piecework does not accept returns on international orders. All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are considered final sale.
