Shipping + Returns


Piecework offers the following shipping options — sent via UPS handing off to USPS —at checkout. If you cannot receive packages from the USPS, kindly note you will need to order your package as Expedited or otherwise noted options. Supply chain demands have caused nation-wide shipping delays; please allow an extra few days.

Within the contiguous 48 United States:

Economy shipping on orders $75+ in contiguous 48 United States: Free (7+ days not inclusive of processing times at warehouse)

Economy shipping on orders under $75 in contiguous 48 United States: $10 flat rate (7+ days not inclusive of processing times at warehouse)

UPS Ground shipping: $15 flat rate (5-7 days not inclusive of processing times at warehouse)

Expedited orders: $30 flat rate (2-3 days not inclusive of processing times at warehouse)

Other U.S. Destinations:

Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories: UPS ground shipping only for a $15 flat rate. Please note we cannot send to P.O. boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories

International Shipping: We work with Passport Shipping to provide the best end-to-end solution for international shipping. They ship to over 200 countries across the globe. Proceed to checkout for more information on availability and fees to your desired shipping destination.

P.O. boxes and most military addresses: Economy shipping only

Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. If you require your order sooner, please reach out to and we’ll do our best to get your puzzles on the way.

Kindly note that Piecework is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

Route Shipping Insurance

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

For domestic orders, Piecework accepts returns of unopened products purchased from within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging — inclusive of any exterior shrink wrap in its original condition — and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. Piecework does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number to include with your returned product, please contact and provide the email address used to place your order and your order number. We will provide a RA# (return authorization number) to be written on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns received without a corresponding RA# may be subject to delayed or unprocessed returns.
