  • Candle care: Always burn on a metal or ceramic dish to avoid a fire. Never leave a burning candle unattended. To avoid tunneling, burn for at least 2-3 hours per session. Trim the wick to 1/4"  before each lighting. It's important to trim the wick during or immediately after burning your candle. Trimming a cold wick may break the wick off, making relighting it difficult. If there is a carbon build up (build up that resembles a little black mushroom), extinguish the candle, cut the wick, and re-light. To prevent uneven burning, use a metal tool to center the wick if necessary.
